It is possible to have both on the same server, however it will require two IP addresses assigned to that server, as both services need to be run on port 443 to be accessible from devices behind strict network settings (which you will find in many organisations).

Hence, if you only have one IP address assigned to that server some users might not be able to use the service.

Edit: Same goes for Nextcloud. It requires a web server which should also be accessible through port 443, so you'd need yet another IP address.
